What OTP+ does

OTP+ adds fast sign-in and phone checks to your Shopify store.

• Sign-in for your customers. Customers can sign in with Google, Apple, or a 6-digit code sent by text message (SMS). Email and password always stays available.
• Verification gates. You choose moments when a shopper must confirm their phone number. For example, when a cart is too big, when a guest goes to check out, or after an order is placed.
• Access control. Lock chosen pages or collections. Decide who can see them.
• COD order verification. Ask Cash-on-Delivery buyers to confirm their order by phone before you ship.

OTP+ shows on your storefront through a Shopify app embed in your theme. Until you turn the embed on, customers see nothing from OTP+.

Core sign-in, verification gates, page locks and COD verification are free. OTP+ Pro adds your own SMS sender name and message, your logo, and removal of the "Powered by OTP+" badge.

Where things are in the app

Open OTP+ from Apps in your Shopify admin. The menu has:

• Dashboard — setup steps and activity numbers.
• Customers — customers who signed in with OTP+.
• Logs — sign-in and verification activity.
• Settings — all options, in five tabs: Login methods, Verification gates, Access control, Customizations and Coming soon.
• Help — send us a question.
